"A estrutura do hotel é muito boa. Equipe super atenciosa (todos, sem exceção). Estrutura para criança muito boa e monitores tb. O espaço do lago é FANTÁSTICO. Parece que você está em um retiro. Perfeito lá, porém o grande problema do hotel é a refeição que não é de qualidade. Precisam melhorar bastante para eu poder retornar. Apesar de ter muitas piscinas, somente 2 são aquecidas e no inverno, mesmo com sol, ninguém usou as grandes. Se aquecer as outras piscinas, spa, etc vai ajudar muito"
