"The owner was there to welcome us on arrival and show us how everything worked. He provided flowers and welcome gifts which was a lovely unexpected gesture. The apartment was comfortable and the complex has an indoor swimming pool and private lakeside garden with access to the lake for swimming, etc. The complex also has launderette facilities."

"We were traveling internationally and booked this property weeks in advance. The reservation was confirmed by VBRO. When we contacted the owner for check in instructions 1 hour prior to check in, he said he hadn't checked his email and never got our reservation. We were left in a foreign country scrambling for a new reservation for our week-long holiday at 4pm the same day. The property owner seemed to take no responsibility for ruining our vacation. "We came for the Christmas Markets. It was in a perfect location. Steps from The Golden Roof, shopping and in the middle of the market action. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms were modern, fun and clean with some cool features like a sitting swing. Breakfast was also great with lots of options. "If you like to hike, this is the place to be! It's a less than 10-minute walk to the Olympic Stadium and Gorge. There is a fabulous little cafe within the stadium and ski lifts. We dined at the restaurant in the hotel the first evening. It was rather expensive for 2 adults/3 kids, however, the buffet selection was AMAZING! We will definitely stay again!"

"This little hotel is a hidden gem. The staff there are amazing. They can’t do enough to help you with anything you need. The rooms are really cute and all have little kitchenettes in them, the showers are amazing and the area is fantastic and quiet. We got so much extra that we didn’t have any idea about, the staff gave us a ‘welcome card’ that we didn’t know was included that gave us free travel around Innsbruck and discounts. Then we had free use of the small gym and Sauna, with all the instructions on how to use everything. We had a few questions about local hiking routes around the area and up in the mountains and the man working reception got us a map and wrote down all the information for us and showed us all of the best hiking routes and his personal favourite trails. He also gave some great recommendations on local food spots. The heating and cooling of the rooms isn’t done on an air conditioning unit, and I was a little worried about that before arriving but the rooms are always the perfect temperature but if you do feel a little hot or chilly there is a thermostat in the room and it works quickly as well and there’s a cute little area in reception that you can sit and chill out in, play some games that the hotel provide. Even the lady that does the cleaning and room service is lovely. The only thing I would say, is the bar across the street is cash only so take cash. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely be going back! Thank you all so much!"
