Charming. Water was cold and fresh tasting. Very comfortable bed. Red Fox restaurant food was top drawer. Towels plush, but bed sheets felt worn and nubby. Loved the mountain theme on lights.

We enjoyed the cabin feel and the wonderful views. The beds were comfortable, though our 5th guest used the pull out couch and did not find this comfortable. The bathroom since could have been cleaner. We had a nice time at the bar that night, the bartenders were excellent! We were only there one night so it met our needs.

We had a problem with the blinds on the front door of our cabin! I called the front desk & they sent someone immediately! Good customer service!

We did not have the opportunity to try the dining options or a lot of the amenities; therefore difficult to review. We stayed in one of the cabins, which was cute but had a lot of cobwebs and wasn't especially clean. Rather pricy and not especially conveniently located.

Restaurant service was horrible. Waiter don’t speak or understand English never cam back to check on us after served raw food. Front desk lazy. I was there 6 days no one dumped trash or refilled toilet paper only 1 washcloth for 4 people I asked for more but none were brought to my room I had to go get myself. Rude lazy front desk help
