A unique property in how I was able to check in and out without speaking to a staff member. Received an email with my code for the automated door lock and was able to arrive and leave using that. Office and phone number available if needed but I appreciated the quiet nature of the property after two long days exploring!

The Miller Lodge was very inviting as we drove up. We had received emailed instructions for accessing our room. The room was large and even had a fireplace. The room was very clean. The lodge was in easy walking distance to Jackson’s main street.

This hotel is definitely older and needs some attention. The furniture in my room was showing wear and is dated. The coffee maker didn't work and was replaced quickly. The "fireplace" heater didn't work either and thankfully wasn't needed much. The room was large and the hotel location is terrific. Downtown area and restaurants were in easy walking distance. Overall I liked staying here.

The property needs some serious updating. The bathroom cabinet was falling apart. Shower curtain to short so water ended up leaking each time we showered. Furniture was old and chipped. Really need to add coat hooks/robe hooks in units. Not a good value.

We had a deluxe King room. We found the place wonderful. Clean, comfy, wonderfully decorated and the added fireplace was a real bonus. It was out of the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, which we loved.

Nice size room, staff kept the room super clean. Only one night with a noisy neighbor otherwise very quiet. On a side street but close to everything.

This was an old "mom & pop" feeling place. It was clean and neat, especially outside. Effort has definitely been made to update. However, it was still slightly shabby, but for Jackson this was the best price I could find; still way overpriced but that's the state of things in a very popular tourist town.

Great location, across from Miller Park, easy walk to shopping and restaurants. We arrived early, friendly staff encouraged us to park in their lot and they would text when our room was ready.
