Great location: 5 minute walk to beach, coffee shops, restaurants, bike rental shops and City bike rentals. Hotel personnel was friendly and professional. However, the hotel could use some TLC: our daughter's room had a musty smell and the window came off the track when trying to open it, so it could not be opened; both the elevator and main entrance areas could definitely use a coat of paint. Although I would prefer to stay at a more updated hotel, I would nonetheless stay at this hotel again.
