Imagine awakening in a gorgeous seaside retreat with the sound of waves crashing onto the Amelia Island shoreline at 775 Amelia By The Sea. This dreamy fully updated luxury penthouse offers stunning direct ocean front views, completely renovated bathrooms, tiled flooring throughout, and wood trimmed ceilings that set this property apart! Located on the 7th floor, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has everything you need for the perfect beach getaway!

As you enter and walk into the fully equipped kitchen you will notice the fresh white cabinetry, striking granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the amazing ocean views while preparing a home cooked meal for the whole family. Continuing into the living area you'll find ample seating and warm coastal décor. A cream-colored leather sofa, love seat, and matching chair are all centered around a large flat screen television and provide a cozy place to relax after a fun day on the beach. The dining area offers an attractive wooden dining table with seating for 6 guests. Additional seating for 2 is available at the bar.

Glass sliders take you to the private balcony where mornings can be spent with a cup of coffee or a good book while enjoying the peaceful sounds and coastal breeze. A high top table with three chairs creates the perfect space for dining al fresco.

The master bedroom is furnished with a wood framed king size bed and offers gorgeous ocean views with another set of sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. A matching chest of drawers, double nightstands, and desk area with a Samsung monitor are also provided along with a flat screen television and Firestick. The en suite bathroom is fully updated with crisp white tones, board and batten trim, a double vanity and a freshly tiled walk in shower. The laundry area is conveniently located in this area as well.

The spacious second bedroom boasts two double beds with plush white bedding. Just off of the bedroom lies the second bathroom, also fully remodeled and complete with a white tiled walk in shower and vanity area.

Amelia by the Sea offers an array of amenities. Well known for it's exclusive private fishing pier, Amelia by the Sea is host to the only pier on the entire island. In addition there is a large community pool, two tennis courts, and a wonderful outdoor dining and grilling area with a beautiful views! Living large in a nicely appointed penthouse with views for miles. What’s so special is the fishing pier that offered another perspective especially when there is a full moon and plenty of motion in the ocean.

I was familiar with Amelia by the Sea and it is an older condo complex so we weren’t sure what to expect from the condo. While the building is older, this condo is wonderful! It is family owned and they took great pride in renovating it. It is very clean comfortable and they provide everything you need to be at the beach. The pool is wonderful as well. Be sure to bring your shampoo as that is not provided but everything else it. We enjoyed it by ourselves the first day, and with our adult kids and grandkids the second day. Enjoy!

Fantastic Place!
We have been staying in the area every year or every other year for the last 8 years as we visit family who live on the island. This location was great for our family. We had separate spaces for children (teen and preteen) and adults, a great balcony with a view, and easy access to the beach. It was perfect for us and we hope to stay there again next year!

The property was clean and the best stocked rental kitchen I've ever stayed in. Everything was as described and management company was super easy to work with and responsive. The condo is well taken care of and has nice touches throughout the unit. Nice quiet area of the beach with a gated parking area for your vehicle. They also have an elevator, which was great since we were on the seventh floor. The only issue we had was that the ac could not keep the unit cool on a constant basis. We kept the ceiling fans on and curtains pulled and the unit would recycle but it would still get warm during the night. Regardless the condo was beautiful and we did enjoy the sounds of the waves at night when we went to bed. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous condo!
This was a beautiful condo, had every amenity from beach chairs, towels, kitchen cookeware, ice maker, carts (near elevator)to bring things up to the condo), etc. The whole place was immaculate and the decor was amazing! Plenty of hooks in the bathroom, one of my must haves, lol:) We were there for a workcation and there was a nice sized desk and super huge computer monitor, lots of plugs and USBs everywhere, too! Very quiet, walls must be very thick, we didn’t hear anything outside there the whole week! The view from the patio with very comfortable seating ( I prob sat out there reading and napping more than on the beach even, lol) was amazing, sunrises every morning (sunsets seen out the front porch, that view was nice, too) had the most fabulous beach view and you can see the pool and beach from there if you have kids you want to keep an eye on. The condo is next to the pier, a great spot to sit under in the shade while on the beach all day, and nice to walk the pier and hang out, especially if you like fishing, the beach seems to not be crowded on non holiday weekends, after the July 4th weekend, it cleared out and was hardly anyone there, really nice! Great location, some food places and stores close by in walking distance, and had no issues with food delivery, just let them know how to get in the walk in gate and they drop off right at the door! Issues: parking, we were able to find parking, but you sometimes had to park farther away, or across the street if it’s a holiday busy weekend, just FYI. The building is a little older, huge with over 80 units, the condo is on 7th floor with elevator, though the power went out for about 3-4hrs in the whole building, so had to take the stairs, thankfully not on our check in or check out day., but if you have a problem with stairs it could be an issue. The check in was a bit extra, you have to park outside the gate, walk in (use gate code)and go up to the condo to get the gate key that lets you drive into the complex. Food recs: Bantam and Biddy, Tortuga Jacks, Salty Pelican Overall, I give this place a high rating because it was super awesome!!!

Amazing view and condo!
The condo is so clean and updated with beautiful colors and decorations. The balcony furniture is comfortable which in my opinion is rare in a beach rental . The condo is so well stocked with cooking necessities. They also have two nice beach chairs and towels if needed. The condo is spacious and has a nice eating area. Now to the most important part… the view! Holy cow it’s like you are right on the water and the sunrise is spectacular- stunning ! There is a great restaurant accross the street and we walked to sliders for lunch which was about a mile up the beach. Just a wonderful condo and location.
