Studio Unit

We offer a unique stay in a natural setting under a majestic tree canopy and are a two minute walk to the beach. Our studio suite has a kitchenette, queen sized bed in bedroom area, hide a bed couch in the living room, smart TV equipped with apps for a wide variety of shows, and high speed internet. Kitchenettes include refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cook top, dishes and utensils. Enjoy large front decks in a beautiful natural setting.

Must cancel 3 days prior to arrival or forfeit one night room and tax cost.
Pet Fee is a one time payment of $40 per pet, max 2 per cottage, dogs only.
No refunds for early departure

My new girls get away destination!!!!!
Excellent stay from start to finish. Booked a studio cottage for me and 2 girlfriends for a girls get away. Easy to reserve. Received personal welcome text from staff. Easy to pick up key. Easy and safe parking. Property looks just as advertised. Beds super comfort. Pull out sofa bed very comfortable, too. Bathroom clean and accessible. Shower very clean and water pressure, great. I texted staff for more towels and they delivered them quickly. Whole studio was very clean and had every amenity listed. We visited during January; freakish cold snap. Studio was toasty warm. We ordered a pizza easily and it was delivered. Cottages are near everything, great restaurants, shopping, sites. This will be our go to girls vacay get away! Excited to book during the warmer months, too.

Cute but smells like smoke
The property was very cute. However it smelled like smoke and now all our luggage smells like smoke as well. The inside was a bit worn out as well and the heater was turned on to 88 when we got there! Took all night to cool the place off.

Was hoping for a cleaner unit. I hate hair, especially if it’s not mine! Hair in the bathroom, dirt in the corners. No hot water in the bathroom sink! Water in shower was hot. Told manager about this as we left.

Beautiful grounds, cute cottages well maintained on the outside. Inside needs maintenance. Floorboards and hardware In need of replacement Clean. Bed and pillows were covered with squeaky plastic covers. One block from the beach and local restaurant was delicious. Bike rentals on the corner. We enjoyed our stay.

Super Cute Cottages
At the last minute we decided to get out of town and just so happended to come across Sea Cottages. It was perfect for our needs! Pet friendly, close to several resturants, and the beach. Would definitley recommend and would stay here again.

Had a great stay at this property. There were issues with out door not latching shut, but the manager was prompt in her response and had the owner there quickly to resolve the issue. Looking forward to staying there again when i come visit.
