The room door did not seal well, sun light showed all around it. That made it less sound proof, when other guess started their vehicles it was loud. The room was clean, however the bed was very poor quality.

I had trouble navigating the television options, but that might have been me. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was good. Plenty of hot water. Shower worked well. I stayed there on my way to South Florida, and again on my way back.

The rooms had paint peeling off and white dust on the floors, very dirtybedsheets and beds.. i complained and they moved me to a slightly cleaner room.Their phone number posted on their door or on the site does not work. During the coldest day in jan, I reached there at 1.30am and none of their phone numbers worked that I could call them and inform.. they close the doors after 12am and I was stuck in my car till next day 8am when they opened the doors. The security lady wouldnt let me park my car in front of the hotel premises saying it was private property and since I did not confirm my room for that day I no longer could stay.. miserable was the word. Came back at 8am and got a dirty room which was then changed to a better room by the good lady who was the receptionist there. She was one good thing there

Maria is extremely patient and kind and very helpful and the maids are outstanding- Jack is very helpful at all times - definitely recommend this hotel very nice staff and accommodating
