Got to the hotel after midnight had to call a number that was supposed to be for after hours check in. Took 2 times of calling for someone to answer then to inform me that there was no rooms available because I booked the room after 8pm. Pics might look good, but this hotel is very cheap

There was very little oversight from staff. I smelled pot throughout the hotel, and there were very loud guests listening to loud music, partying for most of the night. I do not recommend, especially if you have children.

Hotels.com's virtual card did not work and it took 2hrs of trying to get it done and we had to end up paying onsite for the room. I was super tired and annoyed with the process after paying upfront and having the issues with the payment which was NOT my fault so regardless of the hotel the check-in experience was AWFUL!!!
