"This hotel is a complete scam. We arrived to check in, the code they sent us to enter the hotel was FAKE. We were told our room key was in a box, later we find out that that box had been broken for months! The phone numbers given to us were all out of order or fake. "It was hard to find, but finally after asking a local, I got to the hotel. Then I didn’t know how to check in. After calling the number on the door, I was able to find the check in desk. The area was a bit run down, but I guess Tel Aviv was awarded the most expensive city in the world to visit, and I picked a cheaper place, so what should I expect?"
