"The location was very good. The furnishings were sparse but ok. But the place was very dirty - the floors, the bathroom, the shower in particular. And there were lots snd lots of very tiny ants everywhere. No food was left out so there was no specific reason for the ants to be on tables, kitchen, and bathroom counters. I spoke with a man who came by to see how everything was going. I told him About had ants and he returned and handed me a large can of Raid insect spray. The overall place was...

"The Good: 10 min. to beach. Off-site staff very nice. Made special effort to send help to carry my heavy bag up steep flight of stairs. Cool architectural windows and balcony. Going for trendy look. The bad: creepy, dirty, hard to find front entrance to old apartment building. Raucous street noise all night. Missing lock on balcony door. Damaged bathroom fixtures. Tea pot, hot plate did not work. Microwave ok. Stained kitchen sink needs scrubbing. No sugar, creamer packets, one coffee packet....
