Property was excellent. But service was poor. My expectation from this hotel is for excellent service. I would like to highlight two issues 1) Hotel did not provide their traditional welcome to me. When we asked staff member, staff member said they will provide welcome before we check out of the hotel but they did not do anything about it 2) Hotel had Christmas gala dinner the night of our stay. I did not receive any service during the dinner. No one served drinks and or showed us where is what type of food. I had to be in line for about 10 minutes at every food counter.

Good property. Garden area is a nice experience. Rooms are comfortable. Service is very good. Staff put lot of effort to make us feel comfortable. We had a late checkin. Most amazing property and the service is impeccable. Butler Mr Karan took good care of us and made sure we had whatever we needed. Mr Khateeb went out of his way to arrange a tour and personally took care of extending our stay to ensure we had a room to stay even after check out time.
