Wi-Fi is not working in room, Customers should go to reception desk to get Wi-Fi connection. Very limited Drop off to airport, they advertised every 1 hour but only one time in morning. i paid another cost to go airports. Poor meals, and they construct noise early morning. however staffs are nice. Rooms are too old. Rooms are need to improve. I will not book with this hotel.

Property really noisy. Didn’t sleep at all as right next to a very busy and loud road. Tv reception in bad condition abd there was revolting gunk in the sink hole in bathroom which didn’t drain. Would not recommend this hotel.

It was ok for a one night stop over, but that's really it. The room is very small and had no windows. It's quite dark and not pleasant. The bathroom shower door was broken and could not be closed. The breakfast spread was okay, but expensive when you have to pay for an extra person. The free bus to the airport was alright. Food is quite pricey as there's not much restaurants around the hotel. Overall, not a great quality, but I guess you get what you pay for.

windowless sex hotel that looks like it's near the airport on a map but in reality isn't near the airport at all. it's located in the middle of a building site off an overpass that you can only get to by a dodgy airport taxi. never again.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Free airport shuttle. Very convenient location for overnight stays by the airport. Free breakfast. Room was nice, you have to put your key in a slot to power the ac but once it got running it worked very well.

Good hotel for airport pickup/dropoff
My first impression when I walked in the room was that it's a little smaller than I had expected based on the pictures I saw online, and it smelled a little funny. However, once we got the a/c going and cracked open the window, the smell dissipated. The bathroom felt clean, and I appreciated the water pressure and hot water. The staff was polite and friendly whenever we encountered them, and getting dropped off at the airport in the morning was super simple. You just need to email/call ahead and give them your flight details. Getting picked up was a little more confusing the night before because we weren't told where to meet the shuttle. The driver eventually found us though (with a sign with your name on it), and they pick you up in a black and orange van marked with the hotel name. The worst part of our stay was the little bugs (size and feel of small ants) in our room. There were only maybe four that I saw, but no one likes insects in their hotel room. The best part of our stay was the included breakfast-- it felt like a large spread, and because we were jet lagged, it was so nice that they start serving breakfast early at 5:00am. They had hot Indonesian food, a continental breakfast, porridge with various toppings, coffees, teas, and juices, fruits, health drinks, and at some point in the morning they set up an omelette station and a noodle station. This was a pretty sweet deal. We will probably stay here again when we have a quick stopover in Jakarta.

Awesome hotel service and airport shuttle pick up
Overall very satisfied with service the hotel provided. The airport picked up was great. They called you to confirm it, but you need to call them to inform the time of arrival and flight details. It is 12 minutes drive from the airport. The main purpose I picked this hotel was for an overnight rest before I continue with the next flight the next day. The premessa was what I expected. But the hotel service I highly recommended. They even called you to remind about the breakfast about to close so you won't missed it. Definitely will go back there again if I am looking for a awesome service and the convince of the airport distance

Ask for a room with a window. Interior rooms do not have windows and they feel claustraphobic. The staff switched the rooms promptly for us. It was nice, modern, clean and popular with Indonesian tour groups. Restaurant food was inexpensive and good. Would stay again. Also, hotel provides complimentary airport shuttle.
