Pros: - Staff is polite, friendly and helpful. - bed is comfortable Cons: - Extremely noisy at night. Vehicle noise is heard clearly whenever it passed the road. - air conditioner in room is noisy. It was a lot over-sized. And control is by on/off after reaching the set temperature. So, kept hearing the motor on/off noise - I stayed at suite room. But whole room got only one tissue box. Not handy. I asked housekeeper to provide two more, one was put next to bed, another was put on office desk. - no arm rest on office chair.

Very nice hotel with very professional staff. There were some problem when checking in but they did a very good job solving it. Mr Raymond Soetrisno was very helpful and professional and solved all problems that we encounter and made our stay super nice.
