Overall an okay hotel. Room is small and outdated. A good value for the price, however. The staffs were excellent, very polite, friendly, and accomodating. The location is great, itnis close to shopping area. But the room needs some major refresh.

The room is too small for a five star hotel.. The Aircon is not strong , although already adjusted the temperature and fan level. The condition of this hotel is rather too old fashion and already fall back into 80s. TV channels and entertainment are not ip to date, No Netflix, No smart TVs, No USB charging points, Still the old type of 2 pins plugs for charging handphone and electronic devices. Bad experience, its time for Pullman Jakarta Thamrin to go for an upgrade of systems and entertainment.

Decent hotel in the heart of Jakarta. The bathroom was a little dated but the breakfast and dining options were fantastic. I have never been to a breakfast that required a map to navigate!

Friendly service, clean room and great food! The room and bathroom are tiny so I don’t recommend staying in this hotel for more than 2 days! Everything is outdated. I don’t like the security of the hotel compound. It seems like pedestrians use the hotel area to cut through to go the back street.

Amazing service by friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and huge. Thankful for the nice room with a beautiful view of the Plaza Indonesia mall. Breakfast spread was amazing! I will it the most. However, the room is rather worn out I feel. Like, a bit mouldy around the tub and floor. Toilet bowl water is kinda yellow. Wish these could be fixed. The elevators are also very slow. But overall, a good stay and a place I will miss!
