Featuring 5 bedrooms and a loft, and three full bathrooms, this property offers plenty of space for 18 friends and family to relax and unwind. Don’t let the size dissuade smaller groups. It’s cozy enough for a couple to take a respite from the hubbub.

There's plenty of room in the driveway for four cars or three cars and boat trailer. The neighborhood launching ramp allows you to easily launch and recover your boat. There is a dedicated boat parking/storage for hassle-free days on Lake Cumberland’s beautiful 63,000 acres. What could be better than a beautiful day spent on the water without the bother of recovering and launching your boat every day. Inquire about the boat parking/storage just a short walk from the house. The semiprivate cove, marked with no wake buoys, is a great place to swim, relax, and watch beautiful sunsets.

A bright, open kitchen includes all the conveniences you’ll need, including cookware, dishes, utensils, drip coffee maker, and a Keurig machine. A comfortable family room adjoins the kitchen, with another well-appointed gathering space on the other side of the main entry offering a comfortable couch, chair, and a smart TV. There is a game table in the family room with checkers and chess pieces, lots of playing cards and poker chips. In the loft are several other board games and puzzles for guests to enjoy.

The new, large deck has a table, chairs, and a propane grill. The cozy upper deck off the master bedroom is perfect for that morning jo. The home has central heating and A/C, high-speed fiber optic internet, washer and dryer, and dishwasher.
