Wooden cabin (2008) features a spacious living room with a heat-storing fireplace and air source heat pump, a kitchenette, and two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. On the upper floor, a sleeping area with three beds. Separate WC, electric sauna, bathroom with shower, another WC, and a washing machine. The plot is flat and open, where the sunlight can shine all day. There is plenty of space in the yard for multiple cars. Wall outlets for pre-heating the car are available in the yard. Charging of electric vehicles is prohibited.
