"Online information false/misleading and the property is completely unsuitable for anyone with even minor mobility issues. I was booked for two nights but left after one and went to a motel. - notwithstanding what the website advertises, this cabin does NOT have a bathroom. A bathroom is available in the main house, 50 or so meters away. It is not separate from the host's living space (i.e. not private). "Group of 5 adults stayed here. Plenty rooms with AC in most of them. Place was spacious. Hot tub was nice and all 5 fit in there. The water is essentially a pond or maybe classified as a marsh so it was too small to enjoy the boats (for us) but it made for a nice scenic setting. Host is very responsive and helpful. Would come back here for sure. "

"Very enjoyable stay. Home was in an area of smith falls that was easy walking distance to canal and downtown restaurants. Prompt response from owner. The home is a duplex. It was as pictured and very well equipped with everything we needed. The lack of a washroom on the main floor has been previously mentioned. While it had been renovated, the home was starting to show the wear and tear of renters. It would benefit from a coat of paint to refresh it. "

"We were pleasantly surprised that the property could comfortably fit 12 people—something most rentals struggle with. The beautiful view and private dock were absolutely perfect! The lake itself was stunning, huge, and so quiet that it felt like we had our own private space. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, and having a washer and dryer to dry our clothes after a day on the water was a fantastic bonus.
