"It was clean"

"The room was terrible. I stayed here because the reviews were pretty solid. I didn't need anything fancy. But it looked like the room hadn't been mopped. The toilet handle was dangling off the toilet. The shower had hair in it. There was mold all around the shampoo bottles in the shower. The picture in the bathroom was caked in dust. The only good thing was the bed was clean and comfortable and the ac worked great. I wouldn't stay here again "

"I love this place … but the free beverage that comes with the booking is water … I opened fridge and the boxed water was already opened an half full. It’s little details like this that can ruin the whole stay… drinking after someone else . Thank god it wasn’t laced with something. My friend thought I had drank out of it . Both were opened and drank out of ."

"Booked a one bedroom, but was put in a studio. The reason we chose this hotel was the one bedroom king suite, so I am not happy that we were put in a smaller room. Asked for a manager and never heard from anyone. We visit Chattanooga frequently and will not be back to this hotel, as the customer service is non-existent. Not sure why they bother with the text to check in after arrival, if nothing comes of what you tell them. "

"A very barebones hotel. The elevator wasn't working. Not sound proof. We were awaken at 5:15 to someone weed eating and using a leaf blower. Woke up again when the guy next door was brushing his teeth and hacking repeatedly. Finally decided to just pack up and leave earlier than planned. The "breakfast"? We passed. Won't return."
