Outside could definitely do with a cobweb sweep and the light fixed and the chairs in good condition one was broken when we git there. "My wife and I were very impressed with Barbara’s hideaway. The cottage was clean, functional, and out of the way but still fairly close to all the wonderful little towns and chateaus in the valley. The private pool was a treat and we felt like we were the only people around for miles yet Barbara was there anytime we had a question. We were the first quests from the United States so we hope Barbara sees many more. You will not be disappointed. C’était génial"

"The setting with three separate areas (gîtes) but with the ability to have meals together both in a sheltered outside place and inside in the largest gîte was wonderful! Sam and Mark we're perfect hosts with just the right amount of friendly interaction. The fresh veg and Sparklung wine were lovely additions.plenty if towels made pool time great and the games room was a wonderful (and given the inclement weather) addition! A lovely place which has been restored to a high standard while keeping...

"My family had a lovely stay at Vanessa’s property. The pool was beautiful, and the house was well equipped for a family with children under 5. There were more than enough toys to occupy our little ones, and they loved having the choice of spending hours in the pool, or on the trampoline. Would love to stay again!"

Only a one night stay

"We booked the hotel to attend a music concert at the Futurascope Arena. The hotel is clean and tidy with excellent facilities. The bar has tables with games on them which was a unique touch. Check-in was easy, staff where very friendly and efficient. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. The only downsides were that their were no drink making facilities in the room and the bathroom and toilet area were tired. We would use the hotel again. "

"Beaucoup de bruit de la part des voisins à deux heure du matin et impossible de rejoindre le personnel avec tous les numéros fournis. Le lendemain j'ai annuler les deux jours restant à cause du bruit et de la sécurité inexistante la nuit. On m'a indiqué qu'on allait me contacter pour discuter du remboursement mais j'attends encore après plus d'un mois!"
