Fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in La Isla Urbanisation
Just a 450m walk to the beautiful Arenal beach, lined with palm trees and promenade with assortment of bars and restaurants to suit all diners requirements.
La Isla boasts one of the largest communal pools in Javea, 3 swimming pools of different depths are linked with footbridges connecting the communal grass areas.
The apartment is located on the first floor and accessible by stairs or communal lift. It has two bedrooms both with built in wardrobes and air conditioning in the master bedroom. There are two bathrooms both recently refurbished with walk in showers, floating sinks and toilets.
The lounge also benefits with air conditioning and has wifi, Spanish and Uk tv and direct access to a very sunny terrace which is perfect for alfresco dinning. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped.
The apartment is also available for winter rentals and utility consumption will be charged additionally

The apartment is excellent value and quality with a great pool, best in the area by far. Communication with Jayne was amazing, she let us check in early. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobes (always annoys me when there’s about 6 hangers per person!) Will definitely be booking to go back next year!

Een heerlijke vakantie gehad, voornamelijk door het super fijne appartement. Van alle voorzieningen voorzien, airconditioning werkt goed. Keurig schoon bij aankomst en alles zag er fantastisch schoon uit! Zwembad is schoon, prima temperatuur en was niet te druk. Supermarkt in de buurt en boulevard op loopafstand. We hopen volgend jaar terug te keren!

Der Check-in erfolgte problemlos. Wir wurden sehr nett von Jayne empfangen. Das Apartment ist hell und freundlich und bietet genügend Platz.Wir hatten von morgens bis nachmittags auf dem Balkon die Sonne genießen können (Febr/März) Das Apartment war sauber. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Es gibt einen sehr schnellen Induktionsherd. Die Möbel in Wohn -und Schlafzimmern sind erneuert und nun weiß. Die Vorhänge lassen einige Helligkeit durch. Wer empfindlich ist, hier wäre eine Schlafmaske empfehlenswert. Die gesamte Wohnanlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Strand, viele Restaurants und Wege an der Küste entlang sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es sehr empfehlen.

Séjour parfait, appartement propre, spacieux et très bien équipé. Idéale pour une famille. La piscine est surveillée par des sauveteurs. Résidence située à quelques mètres de la plage et des commerces. Jane nous a bien accueillis.

Excelente apartamento, renovado, con una piscina genial y muy bien localizado, a 5km de la playa del Arenal andando y con comercios cerca. Muy adecuado para personas que no buscan complicarse la vida. Lo poco en contra (cocina a gas) casi no merece ser reseñado. Además, recibimos una atención muy profesional y dedicada de la señora Jayne. Apartamento de 5 estrellas. Para repetir.

El apto. ideal. Muy limpio, bien amueblado y equipado ... Solo me falto una batidora (no es imprescindible, pero ...) Muy cerca de la playa El Arenal. Servicios cerca (Super; Medico; tiendas) Algo mas lejos del Casco, pero en 6 min con coche estas.

Jayne à été très agréable et arrangeante et nous la remercions. L'appartement est très pratique le nécessaire est bien la. Tout était bien fonctionnel et bien alimentée en ustensile. La piscine est grande, agréable et parfaite pour les enfants. Logement proche de la mer et l'arénal. Nous reviendrons ! Séjour parfait
