Amazing Property!!!!
Absolutely in love with this villa. Clean, modern, bright, airy, spacious, kitchen well equipped, beautiful pool and grounds with an amazing view. This property has a curved room with an all round view of the sea, large sliding windows which makes a perfect place to sit and watch the sunrise which we did every morning. Would love to stay again!!!

The Villa is absolutely amazing. The best thing was the enticing pool where it was big enough for a family of five to race up and down. The view of the sea from the pool is magnificent. The Villa was perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The kitchen was fully equipped and the Villa was spotlessly clean.

Beautiful Villa and Location with Sea Views
Had a fantastic 2 week stay. Good area with shops a short drive away. Villa was clean and beautifully decorated as shown in the photographs and the pool was amazing and a very good size. Beds were comfortable. The garden and grounds are very well kept. Very useful to have the outdoor shower and the outdoor kitchen is a great added bonus. Communication with the owner, Michael, was excellent throughout. We all had a fantastic, relaxing time and look forward to returning.

Peaceful neighbourhood, stunning view
We loved our stay - the property was a short drive to the beach, hiking and restaurants and we always came back to spend hours in and around the pool. One of my personal favourite areas was the small sunroom to enjoy a morning tea/coffee. In general the property was light and airy. Communication with Michael (the owner) was great - he was very considerate and responsive and provided lots of suggestions for the area.

Stunning house and pool area in a lovely location. The living area is spacious and well equipped. The second bedroom is only accessed externally which may prove an issue with younger children. Overall we would return and enjoyed our stay.

This is an amazing villa for a holiday. We thought it looked really nice in the photos, but in real life it's just stunning, particularly the cleanliness and views. In addition, Michael is the perfect host, and kept us fully informed during the booking and arrival process, so eveything went smoothly. We hope to go back one day!

Beautifully presented villa on the cape just south of Javea town
An immaculately presented villa, with the best views and the biggest pool in that area (we know because we visited friends staying in surrounding villas!). Michael was very responsive and helpful prior to, and during, our stay. Supermarket, tennis/padel courts and a restaurant (although check opening times) are all within walking distance and the centre of Javea is only a short ride away. Definitely worth a stay!

sehr schönes Haus, großes Grundstück und ruhige Lage - alles top sauber - tolle Lage mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer, der nicht besser sein könnte - auch der Pool ist top gepflegt und sehr groß, in der näheren Umgebung gibt es nette Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Schön ist auch, daß die Umgebung oben auf dem Plateau relative flach ist und wir ein wenig laufen konnten ohne steile Strassen zu 'klettern'. Ein/Auschecken mit Andreas/Jacek war problemlos. Wir haben wieder für 2024 gebucht.

Die Villa ist genau wie beschrieben und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist wirklich ruhig und der Ausblick sowohl vom Pool als auch vom Haus aus ist sensationell! Ein toller Strand mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist nur 15 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Ein Supermarkt und 2 schöne Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum sehr netten Vermieter war top und es wurde umgehend auf alle Fragen geantwortet und sich um alles gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Villa wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschönes Haus mit riesigem Pool und genialer Aussicht auf die Klippen und das Meer
Ein wunderschönes Haus, komplett renoviert und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Ein Betreuer Vorort, der jederzeit erreichbar und sehr nett ist. Auch der Besitzer hat sich mehrmals erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Supermarkt mit gutem Sortiment in unmittelbarer Nähe - fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Ebenso ein sehr schönes Panoramarestaurant mit gutem Essen. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben diesen Urlaub ganz spontan gebucht und waren vom gesamten Ablauf begeistert! Wir kennen Javea ganz gut und wollten gerne mal ein Haus mit Blick auf das Meer haben. Der Blick ist bombastisch! Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat an das Wohl der Gäste gedacht. Vorort war immer ein Ansprechpartner da, falls Fragen waren. Das Haus war top sauber, modern und neu eingerichtet, die Betten gemütlich! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Hier kann man Javea wirklich erleben und genießen!

Tolle Lage. Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn. Man muss auch mal früh aufstehen und den Sonnenaufgang bewundern, es lohnt sich. Restaurants und Supermarkt, zu Fuß leicht erreichbar, in der Nähe. Großer Pool für Schwinnbegeisterte und Kids optimal. Kommunikation mit Hausbesitzer und auch Andreas, der sich vor Ort kümmert, optimal. So wünscht man sich das. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mooie villa met prachtig uitzicht.
Prachtige villa met schitterend uitzicht over de zee. Goede inrichting zowel binnen als buiten. Heerlijk groot zwembad met comfortabele ligbedden. De tuin is goed onderhouden en biedt veel schaduw plekken. Goed contact met de eigenaren en indien er wat gemist wordt is er razendsnelle opvolging.

Une splendide villa toute rénovée !!!
Nous avons eu la chance d'être les premiers à inaugurer la villa. La vue sur la mer est fantastique, la piscine superbe et tout l'intérieur complètement refait de très bonne qualité. Michael est un super hôte qui répond très rapidement à toutes les questions.
