"Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."

"The chalet and the location was really nice. Owners greeted us very well and showed us around the chalet. We can everything we needed, bedsheets, towels etc. Would definitely revisit next time."

When we got home we had no heat for the evening but it was too late to contact them. It would have been nice to have some control over the heat since one of the parties was older and handicapped. "One night stay at the Moxy, for Europa Park. The hotel is in a great location for visits to Europa Park with just being a short walk away. The weather in January was cold but the hotel and our room was nice and warm. We had breakfast which was very good. The room was clean and modern with good amenities, it would have been nice if there was tea/coffeeaking facilities in the room. But the bar staff helped us with hot water. "

"The only negative I can say is that the entrance to the hotel is not the easiest to find.l because you see the restaurant advertisement and not the hotel. However, that is such a minor complaimt. The room was clean and safe. The staff was so pleasnt, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was also ideally located to the tram and other locations. I highly recommend."

"This was a last minute reservation and the hotel was very accomodating. We ordered a triple room and they offered us a double and single for same price. Quite a walk from the Christmas market; but, we had been walking all day, so it wasnt an issue. The train station was across the street so that would be very convenient for some. I loved our balcony!"
