"The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,"

"I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this hotel the staff makes a huge different. Very friendly and always there to help. The other thing about this hotel is the location, very close to Al salam Mall and the Andelus mall. Train station al sulaimanya is 10 minutes of walk. Tim horten, McDonald's, 1/2 Million, bakery, convenience store, gas station, many other cafes and restaurants are in a walking distance. A very larg supermarket is 5 minuts of walk. "My room had mosquitoes in it, and when I called the reception they told me that whole Jeddah has mosquitoes. I’m not sure they expect everyone to sleep with mosquitoes in the room. I got bitten a couple of times but I managed to kill 2 mosquitoes the next day. However the hotel was nice and in good location. I would have given it 5 stars if there were no mosquitoes, and I didn’t like how they handled the situation when I told them about it. "

"Front of house staff are really good, decent level of english and very helpful. Accommodating many requests to ensure a smooth stay. We were travelling with a baby and they were very understanding. Breakfast is a little high at 85 SAR pp, however many restaurant options within 10 minute walk of hotel. A very decent hotel. They should have maybe 1 hour allotted to ladies only. "
