Horrible; thanks to the Rude Reception To clean your room, you should sign a paper at the Desk. Still, they didn't do it as it was only between 10:00 to 12:00, according to rules Even During checking out, while I paid via hotels .com, same reception guy asked me to wait till they checked the room while there was nothing to check ( it took about 15 min )
