I checked out before breakfast, but did get to dine in the hotel restaurant. Delicious food and drinks and reasonably priced for the area. "I’ve been to this hotel several times and it’s my go-to when I come to the area— always pleasant staff, nice amenities, nice grounds, and Gaullist University has an interesting and important history, culture and focus. Also, it’s much more economical than many other chain hotels in the area. I love it."

"I like the area, hotel room I had was cute and cozy but a little smaller than an interior cabin on a cruise ship. I did not like breakfast. It is prepared by night staff. If you don't eat by 6am food is dry and some was burnt. The price is high. The dinner is available but they have some finger fors to go with the drinks they serve."

"The hotel was very close from the capitol. Eventhough you have an hop & off bus we walked in Washington everywhere for the visit.Wdc is very safe and clean. You have taxi in front of the hotel willing to take you anywhere."
