Parking arrangements are a nuisance; need to find a street park to check in before they’ll even try and allocate a space in the underground car park. Access is denied to the car park until you’re checked in. And even then the number plate recognition and back up QR access code provided failed to let me in. Parking much harder than it should be. "

"Being an idiot, I booked Sunday night instead of Saturday night and were an hour away from the property when I discovered this. When I rang them, they only had 1 much larger apartment available. Such excellent (and appreciated) service. Plus, the apartment was clean and outstanding."
