Easy to get to from the airport (10 mins bus ride). The staff were friendly and really helpful. The room is a little dated but the bathroom is lovely. I paid to use the pool and sauna, which is well worth it. Would happily stay here again.

No facility for making coffee. Had to go out to buy coffee every morning. Not enough storage space for our clothing or hangers. Had to request a couple of hangers. The housecleaning were very good and everything was clean in the room. The best part of our stay was the dining facility on the 22nd floor. Very good breakfast for what we paid. Good value, economic for the week's stay.

Hotel located on a busy shopping area. It away from other attractions such as the night market 20” taxi ride from hotel. Room was ok. Disappointed with the bathroom. The bathtub was in bad shape with dark rim like molding look around the rim. Enemies limited.

This hotel's location is great being very close to shops and a hospital. It was very easy to go to different places from this hotel. Although there was not a sauna here, I was very happy to use their small gym twice. It would be much better if staff on the groud floor could kindly tell guests beforehand that guests would be charged KRW1000 extra if a taxi was called by hotel staff which would give guests an opportunity to decide if they would like to accept that extra payment of KRW1000 or not. The restaurant on the top floor of 22 had great views of either seeing aircrafts flying nearby or seeing nice mountains and mist above.
