"Despite signs all over Janske Lazne advertising a free ski pass with room. this hotel does not offer guests a free ski pass to those guests who book their room through Expedia. Kind of frustrating to find out after waiting in line at the gondola only to be denied entry. But other than these this “flaw”, the hotel is modern and offers a very nice breakfast buffet. "

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und bietet viel Platz für 8 Personen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, nur leider gibt es KEINEN TOASTER. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit an manchen Stellen zu Wünschen übrig: Haare im Bett, verkalkte Kaffeemaschine, halb-sauberes Geschirr bei Ankunft. Der Geschirrspüler funktioniert okay.
