This lovely, safe, walking friendly town is a dream place for commuters with NJ Railroad/ underground PATH train/Light Rail/ bus/ ferry stations.

It is also a heaven for families with 18 parks & playgrounds, literally “stroller city”. Most streets are one way street with a city wide speed limit 20 MPH.

Did I mention? It has the most bars per capita in the United States.

It is zoned to have majority of buildings under 6 stories high to keep that charming vintage neighborhood feel.

It is the birthplace of baseball and hometown of Frank Sinatra. It has a university hospital and one of the oldest technological universities.

It is next to the commercial street. Enjoy the convenience without added noise :)

Taxi would be 15 mins depending on traffic.

Exploring New York
This home was perfect for a short trip to explore the City. The townhouse was lovely, with everything newly remodelled and very comfortable beds. Hoboken shops and restaurants were just a block away, and the subway or ferry to New York City was a short walk, so it was an easy place to stay without a car. I was working during the day, and the internet and space worked perfectly for that too. Thank you!
