We went to the room, opened the door with the card, took a shower and left. When we came back, the door to the room did not open. They activated the card 3 times and the door did not open. We had to go to another room without our things to open the door only the next day. The bathtubs were clogged and the water did not drain, it was horrible.

If you don’t want to pay NYC hotel prices but want something close to the city that’s easily accessible and a quality hotel, Harmony suites provides it. I was pleaseed with my accommodation for New Year’s Eve.

During my stay at the hotel, I brought in some food, which unfortunately went missing after the room was cleaned. I later discovered that the same food was being resold in the hotel's on-site store. While this was a concerning issue, I would like to note that the hotel itself was otherwise excellent—clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located with easy access to the city

Everything was excellent except two things, the dinning area where the breakfast was held was always cold, and the parking is a little inconvenient for the walk from the parking garage to the hotel, it would have been better if other entrences were available
