Good humble place to stay, humble area of Jerusalem cannot expect more for the area, but convenient to visit the know sites of Jerusalem, heavy traffic if you are driving, they use the horn a lot.

I am so glad I decided to stay here. The customer service was great, breakfast was good, and the location is A . Short walk from bus station, right across from Damascus Gate, in the heart of the Old City. I slept soundly, ate well, and felt totally safe as a solo traveler. Thank you Rivoli Hotel!

Best decision!

Great team. Always pleasant. Had a really good time and staff are very friendly and always helpful when needing anything. Perfect distance from the Al Aqsa Masjid and not far from the market. Also situated next to many brilliant places to eat. Would definitely recommend for anyone who likes a family vibe hotel with a good team who are always happy to help.

Where Jerusalem gets an enema.

When I paid with my MC the machine gave me options of shekels or home currency. I paid in CDN $ The desk man got mad and said I had to pay in shekels. I said okay cancel the charge. He said I don’t know how. You cancel at home pay again in shekels. I refused and he sat down in a huff. I think he gave us the crappiest room in the house. Ac made a racket in the night. We turned it off and then ice fell out onto the table for the next hour. Night clerk wasn’t helpful. I don’t think he spoke any English. I asked about shuttle to airport and was told taxi.

위치가 넘 좋고 종업원들이 친절하다

시설이 약간 떨어지지만 숙박비가 저렴하고 위치가 넘 좋다. 헤롯문 앞에 있어 예루살렘 성과 감람산을 도보로 갈 수 있다. 지배인과 룸 청소하는 분이 불편한건 없냐 늘 물어보며 혼자 온 나를 챙겨주었다

La habitación asignada tenía el baño en muy malas condiciones, con humedad permanente en el piso del baño. No hay disponibilidad de agua caliente en todo momento, sino en lapsos. El televisor no funcionó nunca. Los administradores nunca tuvieron la intención de arreglar nada. Lo bueno, o mejor dicho, excelente, es su ubicación, la que permite desplazarse por la ciudad de manera adecuada.

Das Personal war freundlich! Die Ablehnung des zunächst angebotenen Zimmers wurde fraglos akzeptiert. - Das Frühstück völlig ausreichend, wenn auch ohne Abwechslung. - Die Möbel sind alt und abgenutzt. Die Auslegware im ganzen Haus ist alt, fleckig und unappetitlich. Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank, keinen Safe. Das Bad war unpraktisch (hohe Stufe, ein Mittelding zwischen Dusche und Badewanne, nur für sehr bewegliche Menschen benutzbar). - Die Lage an einer sehr belebten Straße (das gilt für die Zimmer, die nicht Fenster zum Friedhof haben) ist durchaus interessant, sehr gut für fußläufige Besuche der Altstadt.
