"The Gasperin is a pleasant hotel in an attractive area. The weather was cloudy and wet for most of our stay. The room we were in was on the ground floor and quite dark which might have been ok if it was sunny but it wasn’t. The area is pretty and although the hotel doesn’t offer evening meals there is a reasonable selection of places to eat nearby. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The sun started to shine as we left and the lake was breathtaking. "

"The property is located on a small street and there is almost no view of anything except the building across the street and there are way too many levels to negotiate. I was OK, but older people will find this inconvenient. The rooms are of a good size, very clean, with veranda. Not really kid safe because of open electrical outlets that kids can get into. Plenty of free parking. "

"Incredible small hotel outside of Kranj Slovenia. The room was very clean, well organized. The restaurant was amazing. The chef was outstanding. Our dinner was well presented, portions were perfect. "As part of a European road trip, we booked these apartments for a two night stay but now wish we had booked to stay for longer. The apartments are very modern, with nice decor and have everything that you need, Outside there is a large bbq area and fire pit. The location is beautiful, it’s by the river with views over the mountains. The owner Viktor and his family are very nice people and make you feel most welcome. "

"My mom and I had such a lovely stay at this little place in the mountains. We booked because it was very close to the airport and she had an early flight. The accommodations were amazing for the price and the staff were so sweet and accommodating. We had dinner as well and were both very happy with our meals.
