"if you want to de-stress, the villa in Monte Porzio is the place to be. A great view (certainly from the pool), no neighbors, but still not too far away from supermarkets and the seaside. The owner comes by every day to clean the pool. We could use the vegetables of the vegetable garden at the house and bought olive oil from the olive trees on the property. There is also a large table outside at the kitchen (not on the photographs) and the sleeping area is nicely air conditioned. So really nice...

"Sehr netter Vermieter und die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich schön. Die Unterkunft selber ist leider in einigen Punkten nicht wie beschrieben. Wir haben nach einer FeWo/Ferienhaus mit Pool oder wie hier Schwimmteich gesucht. Der Teich auf dem Grundstück besteht aus einer schlammigen Brühe und hat nicht mal mehr ein Drittel der eigentlichen Füllhöhe. Es ist also nicht möglich ihn zu nutzen. Das in der Beschreibung angegebene TV existiert nicht . Die Gartenmöbel bestehen aus 3 etwas in die Jahre...

"This apartment is located in a rural building only 8km from Genga and a short drive from the interesting town of Fabriano with it's museums, parks, shops and big supermarkets. Sassoferato, which has Roman remains, is also nearby- (check in advance with the tourist office for visiting. ) We visited the amazing Frasassi caves and also did a little walking in the surrounding countryside. The apartment had useful leaflets and books about the area and we would have visited the fortified villages...

"Die ganze Anlage, somit auch diese Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen .Aber sehr gut gepflegt. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. "A lovely hotel with good facilities. Room was well appointed with luggage space, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was spacious and everything worked perfectly. The property is well located for the city centre and the main sites as well as for local transport links and ancona's ferry terminal. Just one word of warning for guests arriving on foot with heavy or multiple pieces of luggage. There is quite a long and in places steep climb up to the hotel, so maybe consider a taxi, especially if walking from the train station first. "
