"Booked 4 upgraded rooms with the family. Staff are under trained. Definitely catered to Chinese speaking guests only and not foreign friendly. Upon arrival, (it was 6pm) they gave us a room barely ready with the windows open. Immediately after entering, our nose were filled with such harsh chemicals. Unbearable. "

"We picked this one due to the convenience of being close to the Wulingyuan national park, glass bridge, Baofeng lake, and HuangLong cave, all the main attractions you need to do - besides the epic Tianmen mountain which is located in downtown ZhangJiaJie just 30 minutes away. "We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Excellent location, close to the subway with lots of places to eat, shop and sightseeing. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was spotless and made us feel very safe during the pandemic. It was a pity that the executive lounge was closed as I heard it has a great view, but the service and happy hour was provided at the lobby bar. The summer whether in Wuhan was scorching, but our trip was very pleasant thanks to Wanda Realm."

"Charming old world ambience, with modern western style bathroom. The only problem was lack of air conditioning. The staff was excellent, fair english, lots of attention. The hotel driver to and from airport was outstanding. Staffs suggestion for dinner was excellent. They helped contact the tour guide who was late to arrive. View of the river was perfect "

Avoid if construction works still in progress

"Very good location and near to lots of tourist attractions and eateries. Its strange although we were told that nearby construction works in progress from 8am to 8pm. However the construction works starts late like 9pm or 10pm into wee hours, ridiculous. So be warned if construction works still ongoing, best to avoid for now. Overall a great hotel equipped with washer/dryer and kitchen, but the bathroom especially the bathroom bathing area, a little worn out with brown stain."

"The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has a pleasant scent. We booked the 1 bedroom executive and the room was very grand in size and impressive. The river and city view was spectacular. The bed & bedding was very comfortable to relax and sleep in. We had an issue with the laundry machine in our room and the staff were very quick to service us immediately and resolve the problem. Darcy went above and beyond for us and we are grateful for her. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the clean rooms and exceptional staff. The breakfast buffet offered Asian and western foods and was very delicious. "

"We stayed here for four nights and the experience was amazing! It’s tucked away on a quiet little side street but it is in an area that is walkable for experiencing local authentic cuisine. There is a park and fitness center directly across from the hotel and it is easy to get local didis or taxis to take you around town. The metro is also close by and easily walkable. The room was very clean and spacious as well. All of the desk staff and door attendants were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. "
