"The staff were super lovely. The complex has a pretty cafe and its own spa, we both ate and had massages which were amazing. You will need transportation to get around, we hired a scoter, which Puspa ASAI Manager, was able to organise for us. We had a great and will come back and stay."

"We had a lovely welcome to the hotel. The room was gorgeous, clean. The view out the front was the ocean!! But when we opened the side curtain, we saw an area that might have been a dump… so we closed that curtain. Had buffet dinner at sunset on the rooftop deck that was perfect. Had free welcome drinks. The next morning we ate breakfast near the lobby. Both buffets had wonderful selections and the servers could not have been more polite. I would return to the Hotel Platinum again!"
