We had an amazing stay at Shangri-La Jinan and were impressed by the property location and conditions. The room was very lovely and clean. The location was convenient and within easy walking distance from Black Tiger Springs. Our room had beautiful views of Jinan’s main city square park Quancheng Plaza. Mr. Xu at the front desk was super attentive and nice, and went out of his way to make sure we get all the help we needed. Yifan Wang and Ricky Wang at the concierge were also very helpful and pleasant. We would happily stay here again next time in Jinan.

après quelques difficultés d'enregistrement, le séjour a été excellent. service de chambre irréprochable, une très belle piscine, sauna et Hammam fonctionnels. le buffet de repas et de petit déjeuner est amazing !
