"I think the hotel looks nicer than it is. Parking is.limited always chaotic in front of the reception, people at rhe front desk dont speak english, breakfast buffet quality was absolutely below expectations, lots of variety but quality was mediocre. AC in the room was a bit slow. Pool and jacuzis ars small and limited I would say. People kept bumping at each other eslecially when they try to to aquatic gym with an intructore with 20 people in that small pool."

"De modo geral, um lugar muito confortável e bem cuidado, no entanto, peca em detalhes importantes como falta de comunicação com os hóspedes, como por exemplo, das seis noite que passei no hotel, duas noites o jantar foi transferido para outro ambiente e uma outra noite reduziram o horário de atendimento, e você só descobre quando chega no local. "We enjoyed this hotel because we did not pay for extras that we would not use. The rooms are clean. WIFI is included and easy to use. The included breakfast is typical for Brazil and most enjoyable. The hotel staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient. I compare this to a smaller version of a USA Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express with a Brazilian flare."
