Jobos Beach

The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful.

It was beautiful. My room was amazing just that they don’t have a pool, but that’s doable. The beaches are nearby. I had a great time.

It really hurts my heart to not just praise the hotel and try to help bring more people to this place. But I have to be honest with my experience. This place was extremely underwhelming. Especially for the price per night. Which would be ok if the experience justified it. But it did not. Pros: Close to the airport. About a 7 minute drive. Location. Not too far of a drive or uber for much of old San Juan. Close to T-Mobile district and the mall. Also has a coffee shop and Panaderia within walking distance. Nice restaurant onsite. Pool side bar makes an amazing pina colada. Staff was nice. That’s about it. Cons: It is very close to major roads and highway so you can hear cars driving by at all hrs. Which disturbs the peace the hotel is attempting to sell. The pool area water was not cleaned. It had dirt and other things floating around the water. The pool lounge chair cushions were stained and dirty. Have to put down a towel to sit on. All the towels given to us for the pool were stained as well and had a musty smell. The towels in the room were stained and smelled weird. They need better detergent and better quality shower towels. If you don’t ask for new towels you will not get any day to day. No closet, only a small bath mirror, bed is hard, bed pillows smelled, trash debris blocking parking, big holes in drywall in wall out back. Made the place look bad. I can go on but running out of typing space. Just know the potential is there, and most of my complaints can be fix
