"This was a scam. Do NOT book this place. I was left stranded with my 2 year old 4 hours away and no where to stay! I tried contacting the host 2 days prior and never got any response. Even called Vrbo and they were able to get ahold of these either! Again DO NOT book this place! "

"Super clean and comfortable, across the street from a surprisingly great local restaurant, the Outpost, quiet rooms with an air-conditioner, TV coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. Great service at the desk. Comfortable beds! Small, though. You had to try to work around the bed to get to the bathroom, but we were only there one night."

The property office was closed and a note told us we had to get check in information from Hotels.com. No success on doing that. "My husband and I stayed here with our kids and his sister’s family. It is very family friendly as it has a fenced in yard, high chair, pack n play and even plastic eating wear for the kids. The home is nicely remodeled and very well stocked. We really enjoyed bbqing on the cute back patio and sitting under the cooling misters. It is in the heart of Burney close to a grocery store and only a 13 minute drive from the falls. We would absolutely stay here again. The host Becky is friendly and easy to reach if you need her. We definitely recommend this house! :) "
