"I would have given this hotel 5 stars except for the fact that there were 2 families with uncontrolled kids who screamed incessantly at the pool and crowded into the hot tub to play. We did get a text from the front desk asking people to be considerate of other guests so I do appreciate the hotel trying to control them. "
