This is the scariest nightmare experience I have with Hotel.com booking. The room is dirty, the bed still have hair of the previous customer. The floor is sticky, the bed middle is collapsed.there is mold in the toilet and ceiling. As I check out early, there is no receptionist, I filled the form but my deposit is not refund. I contact them but unreachable and no reply.
