I felt like home, but I was missing a refrigerator and sometimes a microwave. Staff was very nice.

Overall the stay was ok. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was not very friendly. At first she refused to give us 2 room keys even though we were 2 guests. Someone else came and gave us the cards. The maintenance lady was super nice and friendly and so was everyone else. Breakfast was good and the staff was amazing! Hôtel is close to everything which is nice. Lots of bars and restaurants around however only Mexican, Korean or junk food. Selection is much better in Roma Norte or Condesa in terms of variety and just a few minutes walk.

We chose a smaller room, but planned not to be there for most of the day so it was perfect . El cuarto estuvo muy limpio y todos fueron muy atentos con nosotros .

Atmosphere waa awesome great location it is noisy in the morning but thats out of the hotwls control

Hotel very clean and personel are very kind and helpful
