A great surprise for us was the path, just at the end of the garden, who takes you on a beautiful trip around the mountain. There is other great trails further up the mountain (starts 10 min. away in car), with spectacular views. We used it for skiing, and tried Cervina, Valtournence, Thorgnon and Chamois. It is a 5-6 minute walk to the August Arch and the pedestrian shopping street where there are many small purveyors of local cheeses, salamis, wines, coffee bars, and restaurants.In addition there are many retail stores selling clothing, leather goods, etc.It is a 5 minuter drive to the Pila GondolaPhotos of the apartment were a little less than accurate. "We had an enjoyable stay and the accommodation had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and well organised. Took us a little time to work out the electrics and plug sockets as our adapter plugs weren’t compatible. We enjoyed not having wifi but our teenager may not agree! The communication and directions were very helpful and we were able to check out later which was useful. We loved the location but you do need a car if you are wanting to travel to the nearby ski resorts. Definitely...

"Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt in diesem Chalet! Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, hat zwei Kamine und einen großen Garten. Es gibt große Wohnzimmer, die Schlafzimmer sind eher klein aber sehr gemütlich. In den Küchen sind alle nötigen Geräte, Geschirr etc. vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist äußerst sympathisch. Ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und kann das auch jedem nur Empfehlen!"

"Great chalet for a family ski holiday, highly recommend it! Right next to the slopes and 5 mins from the telecabin and ski hire shops. Plenty of room for 6, fully equipped kitchen, warm, clean and lovely family atmosphere. Marcella was super helpful with local information and check in arrangements. Be aware you need to sign an additional rental agreement for her. And make sure you confirm the check out time with her, it was different from the one on the website."

"Although this hotel doesn’t have it’s own parking space, yet the 6euro parking lots nearby are a perfect option, it makes us like local and it mean so much to us just being fewer days to live like a local. Breakfast buffet were a good option if you want get on you outing sooner. We very happy with our stay. "

"Loved the breakfast, really great options, above and beyond. Staff courteous and helpful without being overly warm and welcoming. The hot tub/spa is 25 euros per person for 2 hours, honestly this is way too expensive and not clear on hotel listing. The room was spacious with a good view and amenities, loved the little coffee machine.The area itself is very lively with lots to see and do within an easy walk of the hotel."

"This was our favorite hotel on this trip. The staff was amazing and responsive via Expedia contact. Great breakfast. Worth paying for. It was within a walking distance to the next town Saint Vincent. We loved the balconies. The only feedback we have is to get more thick pillows. The pillows were pretty thin."
