"The location is famous; is safe, and clean, however my appointment was not ready nor clean, the air conditional was not working(for a couple of hours), the hottub was does not gets hot and after it was clean per my request, it was still durty. The apartment is big, spaces, modern, but its need some work. "Very slow check-in due to incompetent staff (and the lack of a proper front desk). Spacious and quiet room, but just OK for the price. No black-out curtains. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Lift does not work. Remote area far from everything. No beach on premises. Bare amenities (just 2 small bars of soap). No hot water."
