Cortina que não abre, barra de toalhas que cai no chão, sem copos no quarto (tive que pedir, consegui copos de papelão…), nem uma água de cortesia (tive que pagar $7 para metade duma garrafinha), banheiro com manchas de sujeira, sem toalha de mão ou de rosto), barulhento com portas do corredor que parecem tiros, tudo isso por mais de $500 para duas noites numa cidade do interior, enfim, nunca mais. Nem vou perder o meu tempo pedindo um reembolso.

Ibis é bem básico e ok. Tivemos que mudar de quarto porque além da porta do banheiro não fechar (sem chave e fica entreaberta), a do quarto também não fechava. No outro quarto, o mesmo problema com a porta do banheiro. Café da manhã bem básico.
