No complain about employees But the building needed extremely repair The water leaking from the AC In the rain time, the water leaking on the hall walls The island restaurant self-service is a little mosquitoes, my suggest (fixing a small fan on top ceiling on the food services)

Infelizmente nossa experiência foi apenas razoável. Falta investimento na modernização dos quartos. Tvs de tubo e poucas tomadas disponíveis. Gambiarra para ligar o ar condicionado, que não funcionou e final tivemos que trocar de quarto, o que gerou mais dificuldades, já que não conseguimos abrir a porta e tivemos de chamar o recepcionista. Café da manhã simples, mas bem feito.

Bom o refeitório poderia ser melhor no pão de queijo e ovos mexidos ... Encontrei casca de ovos e o mamão não estava muito bom , parecendo está estragado ... Falta mais reposição dos alimentos no café da manhã ... 8 horas da manhã já faltava bastante coisas ...pedi pra repor ...mas não me deram nem a mínima ....em outros hotéis que fiquei ...os funcionários no refeitório são mais cordiais ... Na recepção não tenho nada a reclamar ... E olha que sempre dou preferência pra vcs ...mesmo a garagem sendo de difícil acesso ...
