The hotel is very good overall. But the internet is unreliable. I was on a business trip and my work got interrupted many times.

Beautiful view of City from rooftop pool area. Gym. Covered parking. Included breakfast was delicious. I appreciated that they had both kinds of outlets in the rooms, so I could use chargers from America that did not have adaptors.

Bedroom was old, floor was peeling off, missing tiles, bathroom was small and cheap, bugs crawling on the floors, and the worst of all, the smell of dead body in the room was unbearable. We checked in and checked out in less than an hour.

Atendimento e quarto bom, apesar de início ruim

Reservamos uma das suítes mais caras para comemorar aniversário de casamento. Começou com o check in atrasando mais de uma hora para "limpeza do quarto". Fizemos um check in online à toa, pq ainda tivemos que informar todos os dados que já tínhamos preenchido. Recebemos um cartão de welcome drink que não podia ser usado no bar da piscina (qual o sentido disso??). Fomos ao outro bar e estava sem barman naquele horário, de novo não pudemos usar. O congelador estava repleto de gelo, de modo que não cabia nada lá dentro. Não conseguimos gelar apropriadamente as bebidas. O atendimento do hotel sempre foi proativo para tentar resolver, nos deram um balde com gelo, mais à noite enviaram os drinks para o quarto, estenderam o tempo de check-out. Mas isso tornou o início da estadia estressante.

O Hotel é excelente, boa localização, achei a piscina pequena para o número de hóspedes, deveria ter uma piscina p/crianças.. Poucas cadeiras também para os hóspedes sentarem, tive q sentar no chão proximo da piscina, até vagar uma cadeira. O móvel do quarto q ficamos estava descascando, o salão onde é servido o cafe da manha é bem espaçoso, mas acho q poderia ser dividido o balcão com a parte de sucos e frutas da parte dos pães e frios!

Estadia sensacional.

Hotel bem localizado, funcionários super simpáticos, garagem muito boa e gratuita, a limpeza de toda área do hotel, de boa qualidade, uma boa academia. A piscina não e muito grande e não fica funcionando no bar, o hóspede tem que ligar e fazer os pedidos. Mas no geral, o hotel é muito bom, se voltar a Juiz de Fora, ficaria lá tranquilamente.
