In the Netherlands, the cleaning fee (70,00 €) and the dog package (40,00 € per dog) have to be paid locally at Vacantieburo Julianadorp,
- The cleaning fee and the package per dog are not included in the total rental price in the Netherlands !!

Dogs are allowed only in the fenced large garden and on the ground floor.

Internet is available via W-Lan free of charge.

There are two free parking spaces on the property as well as a bicycle shed.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus entspricht den Vorstellungen aus der Anzeige. Die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt ca. 10 min Fußweg. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Urlaub war perfekt.

Julianadorp Haus Lydia 2024
Ein schönes, gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit einem großen Garten. Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar da, jeder hatte seinen eigenen Wohn-Schlafbereich mit WC und Dusche. Wenn es haustechnisch was zu klären gab, war der Vermieter sowohl telefonisch als auch per Mail jederzeit zu erreichen, und konnte Abhilfe schaffen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schmutzig und Reparaturbedürftig
Es hingen überall Zettel wie man mit den kaputten Gegenständen umzugehen hat. Zum Beispiel: Bei Regen das Rollo herunterfahren, da es sonst rein regnet. Oder : Terrassentüre benutzen, da die Haustüre nicht zu öffnen ist. Durch die Fenster zieht es stark. Der Boden klebt, als wäre er seit Wochen nicht gewischt worden, damit ist er allerdings noch sauberer als die Küchenschränke, oder die speckigen Sofas. Das ist alles bei dem Preis der dort gefordert wird schon ziemlich frech, dabei wäre das Haus mit etwas Pflege gar nicht schlecht.

Das Haus war soweit ok. Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr sehr steil. Im Obergeschoss ist es sehr warm. Fenster konnte man nachts noch offen lassen (Mücken)hier fehlen Fliegengitter im Haus.Querlüften war nicht möglich da an einer Seite Fenster verschlossen. Dunstabzug Haube bedarf dringend der Reinigung! Hauseingang Tür lies sich nicht öffnen. Rasen wurde gemäht und blieb liegen!!!!!

Toller Familienurlaub in gemütlichem Ambiente
Wir hatten das Haus mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kind belegt. Das Haus hatte dafür die perfekte Größe. Es ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und man sieht, dass jemand mit viel Liebe zum Detail das Haus pflegt. Besonders gut fanden wir die drei Badezimmer und die sehr gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Es gibt unglaublich viel Stauraum, große Kleiderschränke und zahlreiche Sitzmöglichkeiten. Dazu die perfekte Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß bis zu den Dünen und ein traumhafter kilometerlanger Sandstrand, der insbesondere im Sommer für Familien mit Kindern ein Paradies sein muss. Insgesamt ein wirklich tolles Haus! Einziger Kritikpunkt: Bei viel Wind und Regen regnet es in Küche und Esszimmer rein, hier müssten dringend die Dichtungen erneuert werden.

Herrliche erholsame Woche
Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar mit je einem kleinen Hund 1 Woche im Ogentrost 21. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum tollen Strand. Das Haus ist für 2 Paare mit 2 kleinen Hunden perfekt. Allerdings könnte der Boden im EG gerne einmal feucht geputzt werden!! Auch in den Ecken. Außerdem stand für unseren Geschmack zuviel " DEKO" überall herum, was die Reinigung nicht einfacher macht. Trotzdem ein erholsamer, toller Urlaub.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit toller Betreuung vor Ort
Wir waren mit meinen Eltern hier und haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Das Haus ist toll, liebevoll eingerichtet und ideal für zwei oder drei Generationen. Es war sauber und der Garten gepflegt. Die Lage ist wunderbar, man ist in ein paar Minuten am Strand. Auch die Ausstattung ist wirklich gut. Wir hätten uns noch einen richtig großen Topf und ein großes Sieb gewünscht, aber das ist wirklich eine Kleinigkeit. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes und optimales Haus für einen Familienurlaub mit Kleinkind und Hund
Das Haus war optimal für unsere Familie. Durch den separaten Wohnbereich im 1. Stock, hatten Tochter und Schwiegersohn mit unserem Enkel einen sehr schönen eigenen Bereich. Der große Garten für Familien mit Hund optimal! Alles super! So viele Küchenutensilien habe ich noch in keinem Ferienhaus gehabt. Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Super schöne und große Unterkunft
Ein sehr schön und zeitlos eingerichtetes Ferienhaus (endlich mal Hollandurlaub mit normalgroßen Betten). Die Lage war ebenfalls super und mit der separaten Wohnung gut aufgeteilt. Negativ war leider die Sauberkeit, Sturmschaden nicht beseitigt und das die Haupteingangstür nicht wirklich genutzt werden konnte.
