"The girl at the reception during check-in was very kind and provided all required information I needed. Barista at lobby bar also was friendly and helped me with teapot which was needed for my daughter treatment. "

"Property need update. Bathroom really old, the toilet is all cracked, there is no flush button. The windows cannot be closed. the handle does not work. The building is located along the road, there is no insulation from the noise of cars.There is very steep staircase leading up to the room, this was not indicated in the room description."

"Staff was super helpful and friendly! Definitely make up for the place. Breakfast was nice as well as bar area in the evening. This hotel is a bit dated in their rooms, specially bathrooms as well as no USB chargers. SPA area is nice, yet lacking free drinking water. Strange shopping facilities inside the building, reminding some Turkish hotels. Overall I'd say this hotel is 3* rather than anything more."
